Zia's glass mosaic tiles begin with discarded glass, resulting in tiles composed of 98% recycled materials. The glass is melted and individually formed in a mold, then fired in electric kilns powered primarily by renewable energy. As each tile is cooled and removed from its mold, they are placed on grids, in patterns or on solid sheets. Whether solid, patterned, or mixed, the collection suits highly designed installations.

Before installation:

• Begin by blending tiles from every box to evenly distribute natural variation
• Ensure substrate is clean, flat, and properly prepared

During installation:

• Carefully remove the paper backing from each sheet
• Evenly apply epoxy thinset 
• Press sheets firmly into place using hand pressure

After placement:

• Allow the thinset to fully cure before grouting
• Use epoxy grout in small sections and wipe excess grout immediately to avoid grout haze
