Interior designer and business owner Kate Markerand her family were looking for a vintage home to remodel for quite some time when they came across The Leo Cottage and fell in love. After buying the Union Pier, Michigan lake house, Kate renovated and redesigned the 1920s property over a span of just a few months — and the result is the most charming cottage ever.
