Belgian Bluestone
OUR BLUE ERA HAS BEGUN
Belgian Bluestone is a fossil-rich limestone quarried exclusively in southern Belgium. Formed over 350 million years ago beneath a prehistoric sea, its distinctive blue-grey body is composed of the compacted remains of ancient marine life, at times revealing glimpses of the earth’s oceanic past.
The stone has been celebrated in European architecture for centuries, appearing in plazas, historic buildings, and garden pathways. Naturally resistant to freeze and thaw cycles, the stone will patina over time, enhancing its timeless charm. Available in Honed, Antiqued Polished, and Heathered finishes, Belgian Bluestone brings European heritage to both interior and exterior designs.
